Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
- High school graduation or GED required.
- Administrative and customer service support experience in an educational environment strongly preferred.
- Ability to perform mathematical operations (note: skills may be tested)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills with people in a diverse community
- Ability to comprehend and execute complex policies and procedures.
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Experience with student information systems
- Demonstrated computer experience
- Knowledge of billing and/or accounts receivable
- Familiarity with data bases and accounting software
- Ability to receive detailed information through verbal and written communication.
- Ability to express and exchange ideas in writing.
