Senior Organizational Development/Systems Analyst 6267
We are seeking a dynamic organizational development professional with extensive experience in the public sector to work on an exciting initiative in international education. The successful candidate will:
· Conduct performance and knowledge gap analyses of selected operating units
· Identify short- and long-term goals for improving performance in consultation with leadership of selected operating units
· Develop short- and long-range development strategies and plans for selected operating units and internationally distributed workforce
· Recruit and retain appropriate organizational development and professional development experts (long-term and short-term) to assist selected operating units with carrying out approved development strategies
· Supervise organizational development and professional development teams
· Monitor progress on short- and long-range strategies and make regular reports to project director and other stakeholders (operating unit leadership) as directed
· Coordinate with Senior Communications and Knowledge Management Officer to ensure that organizational and professional development tools are managed and used/disseminated effectively
Minimum requirements: MA in organizational development, public administration, or related field; 12 years of relevant experience; Washington, DC-based. International experience preferred.
