The University Relations Coordinator serves a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our campus hiring activities by providing crital adminsitrative and logical support. This is a highly collaborative role that involes interactions with all levels of business leaders and other Talent Acquisiton team members. Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Build strong relationships with Career Services for assigned universities to ensure seamless execution of job fair and interview activities
- Partner closely with University Relations Program Managers to plan and execute multiple campus and diversity hiring events throughout each hiring cycle
- Provide administrative and logistical support for Dell’s annual Intership Program
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment, interview and onboarding cycle
You will also have opportunities to participate in key University Relations programs or projects to provide subject matter expertise, guidance and support as needed.
- Excellent adminstrative and organizational skill are required. You will support multiple concurrent intitiatives and must ensure accurate execution on all details.
- Project coordination and event planning expertise are critical to this role as these are key responsibilities that are core to successful execution
- Previous experience in roles that required strong customer service skills will help ensure your success. You will interact and support many different leaders and team members and must be adept at colloborating and communicating effectively.
