About the Role
At Rejoiner, we are an extension to our clients marketing team. This means you will have lots of responsibilities, and also that you will be very busy & creative. You’ll have plenty of variety in your work because you will own many aspects of a portfolio of a Rejoiner account.


For your customers, you will:


  • Own all aspects of the customer relationship from account creation through training and retention.

  • Establish a “trusted advisor” relationship with your customers so they seek out your counsel on both our product and their digital marketing challenges

  • Develop valuable insights and consultative offerings tailored to customer goals, develop customized, strategic, and sound recommendations based on stated customer objectives.tailored presentations for new customers.

  • Consult with customers to address issues and help them receive the full benefit of Rejoiner.

  • Demonstrate the value of the product in every interaction as well as show them the road map forward.

  • Suggest additional product features to customers at appropriate times.

  • Drive customers to value by assisting with creating and disseminating retention and engagement campaigns.

  • Anticipate obstacles to adopting new features and address them in advance.

  • Manage customer requests and queries quickly, thoroughly, and pleasantly!

  • Analyze user behavior and create and deliver usage reports.

  • Build a CSM handbook on your way to becoming the director

  • Solicit feedback at key times.

About You
You’re a highly driven and experienced CSM that has potentially lived in the SaaS world. You also possess an analytical, process-improvement mindset and are inspired to help our team improve and scale.
You are persistent, unceasingly polite, and able to identify appropriate frequencies for communication. You also have:


  • 1-3+ Years experience in customer success potentially at a SaaS based company. You can also just be experienced in customer success

  • An understanding of ecommerce and the needs such a business has

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Adaptability

  • Unwavering accountability

  • Fastidiousness

  • Strong project management skills

  • Excellent judgement

  • The ability to manage requests and expectations

  • Proactive time management skills

  • Analytical curiosity

Job Type: Full-time


Required experience:


  • SaaS, CSM or Similar: 1 year
