We are currently looking for a Sr. Customer Service Agent for our Columbus, MS facility.
Main Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive, professional manner with Ecolab Microtek Customers.
Accurately and efficiently enter customer and field associate orders using Point Man system
Provide prompt follow-up actions to customer inquiries and issues.
Provide product information to customers as required. Basic Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of one year customer service experience in retail, call center, or professional business environment.
Ability to accurately type a minimum of 25 words per minute.

Higher education degree completed or in process.
Ability to interact professionally with others.
Work independently and display excellent verbal and written skills in a fast paced environment.
Highly dependable.
Ability to be enthusiastic, professional, and courteous.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access.
Excellent time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
