The General Labor Position is an entry level position with opportunity to advance through the lines of progression in the production and finishing departments. There is a 90 day probationary period.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Clean and maintain inside and outside of facility including wash down of buildings and equipment, grounds maintenance, and sweeping and moving sawdust and other materials to and from various locations.
Must be able to operate a forklift, bucket pay loader, bobcat, sweeper, Hi-Vac, tractor, and most hand tools proficiently.

Assist production department with start ups and shut downs.
Train for forklift and raw materials operator positions,
Job Requirements:
Read, write and speak in English
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
2 years experience in manufacturing.
12-hour rotating shift work and overtime.
Operate forklift, bucket pay loader, other heavy equipment and hand tools proficiently.
Physical Requirement (with or without accommodation.)
Standing and walking for long periods, bending, crawling, stooping, climbing ladders and stairs. Routine lifting and carrying of up to 40 pounds. Working at heights of up to 80 feet. Working in hot, cold, wet, and dusty conditions.
