POSITION TITLE: Program Manager, Practice Management

SALARY: $70,000 – $85,000


POSITION OVERVIEW: The Program Manager will be responsible for the development of programs and member based products and services of the Practice Management Committee. They will also monitor and analyze trends of member practices and provide strategies to improve said practices.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop educational materials and practice tools that will assist members in managing their practices

Work with outside partners to assist with the development of member resources

Report on analysis of trends found in member practices and develop recommendations for new services based on data

Work closely with the publications and web development team to produce articles on tips and themes for publications on the website

Seek out outside articles and publications that can assist members in improving their practices

Develop presentations, seminars, and workshops related to practice management themes

Work collaboratively with the communications department to grow and promote the practice management department

Explore areas of new growth to generate revenue for the program

Perform other duties as assigned


ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree required

3-5 years of experience within an Association or in an administrative role in a medical practice required

Knowledge of physician practices and how they are designed and run required

Ability to work collaboratively and independently and also be a self-motivator who takes initiative

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Proven organizational and planning skills while being able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to effectively develop and monitor a budget

Highly ethical, ability to handle confidential information

Strong decision making abilities
