The Company:
An ambitious company who have relocated their Customer Contact Centre to High Wycombe.
They provide each new recruit with a recognised training and career progression plan from day one and invest heavily in your development and progression.
A dedicated 3 week training academy for all new recruits has been developed to build your confidence and knowledge before dealing with customers.
The Role:
- Taking incoming calls from customers.
- Respond to Customer enquiries
- Handle and resolve Customer Complaints
- Provide Customers with product and service information
- Enter and maintain customer information on the admin system
- Work towards targets set by Team Leaders
- Manage customer accounts and communications via telephone, email and live chat
About You:
We are looking for motivated people to join the team. You must be service orientated with good communication skills.
Previous experience working with people would be advantageous. This could be gained in an office, retail or hospitality. Full training will be given so product and industry knowledge is not advantageous in you application.
