Our core client base consists of Accountancy Practices ranging from Big 4, Top 10 & Mid-Tier firms through to independent regional firms and sole traders.
This is a position with a vibrant and progressive firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers. They have ambitious growth plans and are looking for an Accounts & Audit Senior to join the team in their Rickmansworth office.
The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA Qualified with ideally 3 Years’ experience of undertaking a mixed accounts and audit position.
Duties and Responsibilities
Drafting statutory accounts; preparation of draft business tax computations; accounts preparation; and drafting recommendations to management post Audit
Leading or assisting on audits and responsible for assistants within the audit team to ensure delivery within agreed timetable
Preparation and audit of statutory accounts
Preparation and management of assignment budgets and costs
Investigates all audit issues to arrive at a proposal or solution
Take responsibility for own workload and performance indicators
