Position Summary:


The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment for positions in HQ. To be successful in this role, the incumbent will need to establish sound relationships with Creative client groups and candidates, create recruitment strategies to ensure success in filling requirements, and speak informatively of Creative and the international development industry.


Reporting & Supervision:


The Corporate Recruiter reports to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition.


Primary Responsibilities:


· Full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing candidates (phone, in person, or video), administer appropriate assessments, vetting, and make staffing recommendations;


· Prepare and send offer letters, initiate candidate hire and onboarding process within Applicant Tracking System (ATS);


· Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates for all client groups;


· Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates;


· Develop advertising programs (internal and external) in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates;


· Consult with hiring managers on staffing and recruitment policies, ensuring compliance with all federal and state laws including OFCCP and Equal Employment Opportunity mandates, compensation guidelines and other Creative processes;


· Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients and / or business partners to ensure achievement of staffing goals;


· Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, etc.); and


· Manage current candidate activity in ATS.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


· Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in corporate recruiting, at least three of which recruiting for international development or U.S. government contractor;


· Bachelor’s degree;


· Demonstrated success in creating robust sourcing and recruiting strategies;


· Successful track record in filling difficult positions with stringent requirements;


· Reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation and possess strong network of passive candidates;


· Demonstrated success with client group engagement, relationship building and providing high-quality service;


· Superior affinity with Applicant Tracking Systems and other databases; knowledge of Ultipro Recruitment Gateway, a plus;


· Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; and


· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
