Class Title: Full-Time Parking Revenue Collector 100 (UAW)
Salary: $12.51/hr.- $16.26/hr. Department: Parking Services Office
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS : This position requires that the applicant be able to be bonded under the terms of the City’s blanket bond. Therefore applicants must not have committed any dishonest acts, before, or after, placement in this position. Applicants must authorize the release of any information from the appropriate agencies regarding the applicant’s criminal history.
Failure to obtain or maintain job required qualifications will result in appropriate action consistent with the provision of the Appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement or Personnel Rules. The applicant selected for hire must present proof of a valid Michigan Driver’s License upon submission of application. Applicant must submit the required availability form as a required part of the application process.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
– High School Diploma or GED
– Previous customer service experience is required
– Previous janitorial or custodial or cleaning experience preferred
– Must possess and maintain a valid driver license
PHYSICAL CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS: This position requires the individual through assistance or on their own to walk, stand, sit, reach, bend, finger dexterity, speak, listen, hear, visual acuity, and lifting 50 lbs. or more.
