Responsibilities : This position will be responsible for administrative duties to support several functional areas. Duties include, but not limited to, general correspondence, maintaining/completing reports, answering telephone calls and taking messages, sorting and distributing mail, maintaining file and office supplies/inventory. This position will create/update spreadsheets. Will also schedule conference rooms and prepare for meetings.
Basic Qualifications : Requires a high school degree or equivalent and strong computer skills. Must possess a strong working knowledge of the operation of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel), and must keep pace with growing computer technology.
Preferred Qualifications : College degree preferred. Experience with data-entry systems (Peoplesoft) a plus. Successful candidate will possess professional attitude, excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.
Incentive Level : 4%
