Our client, a successful food importer and distributor, is seeking a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to work within their offices based in High Wycombe. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work within the FMCG industry whilst improving their customer service skills.
- Process Independent customer orders accurately and in time to meet lead times
- Liaise with the logistics team to manage and maintain stock levels.
- Maintain all aspects of customer pricing (including promotional activity).
- Liaise with our nominated hauliers to ensure smooth deliveries for our customers.
- Support the sales team in all aspects of customer orders.
- Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure smooth despatch of customer orders
- Liaise with the finance team in respect of customer payments, claims, price queries etc.
The successful candidate will have the ability to show the following skills:

- Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers & hauliers
