Customer Service / Help Desk Representative job - Lockheed Martin - King George, VA

The successfull candidate will be responsible for answering helpdesk phone calls. This position will require the candidate to log call information and interface with network and developer staff to determine solutions to problems received.

Basic Qualifications

previous customer service experience on a helpdesk. Detail oriented. Good communication skills. Familiar with MS Excel and Powerpoint. Must be able to obtain Secret Security clearance.
