-Act as primary contact for the employees and managers in assigned client group
-Pro-activity support the delivery of HR processes and Policies
-Build a strong business relationship with the internal clients and stakeholders
-Responsible for driving and implementing Training and development initiatives in alignment with the corporate and line of business learning goals
-Implement and coordinate change initiatives to support organizational effectiveness and achieve business goals and strategies
-Leverage BRCM programs within client group
-Partner closely with members of the LOB hr team and corporate hr groups
-Drive discussions to understand the ‘why’s’ to help influence sound decisions
