**Description**
- Responsibilities may include* :
- Assisting Property Services Analysts with creating files for new real property and division order agreements
- Maintaining real property surface and division order records through imaging in an electronic format using Livelink
- Properly filing documentation in existing hard copy and imaged files
- Delivering necessary files to Analysts on a daily basis
- Assisting Analysts with copy projects
- Assisting Analysts with pulling and organizing large volumes of files for special projects
- Assisting Analysts with locating and retrieving real property and division order records from storage
- Performing periodic inventory of files
- Handling and distributing mail on a daily basis
- Ensuring imaged records are properly sent to offsite storage with the correct DRM coding
- Ensuring all imaged records are maintained in accordance with DRM guidelines
- Performing quality control to ensure images are correct and legible which will sometimes require use of imaging software to make enhancements
**Qualifications**
**Basic/Required** :
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
**Preferred** :
- Customer focused, business driven, and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal/written communication
- Ability to multi-task in a team environment
- Familiar with real property and division order concepts and the types of documents typically utilized allowing for proper organization of the imaged records
- Good understanding of the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Livelink
- Well-developed planning and organizational skills including the ability to work independently, prioritize activities, meet commitments, and proactively manage time with minimal supervision
- Detail oriented
