Description

Job Summary:


Responsible for the timely and accurate mailings of all corporate communications, including receiving, scheduling and overseeing production of the mechanical mailing operation. Manages cross- functional collaboration with external organizations, vendors, suppliers and internal client groups in support of production and distribution of mailings. Contributes creative and technical ideas to help meet production and project within postal regulation requirements.


Accountabilities:




Manages and directs workflow in support of client requests that maximizes production efficiency. Evaluates project needs and desired results staying within postal requirements.




Maintains appropriate workload so that all paperwork and certification reports are available at 3:00pm Post Office pick-up deadline




Conducts employee training and coaching of staff, facilitating group discussions and safety meetings.




Communicates with clients as a consultant and for clarification on client needs.




Responsible for maintenance of equipment, quality assurance and supporting documentation




Informs supervisor on critical issues related to turnaround and problem areas


Qualifications

Qualifications:


-High School diploma or equivalent and minimum three years related experience in Mailing or Billing




Must have a working knowledge of postal related policies, regulations, and mailing practices and procedures




Must have a working knowledge of operating all related equipment




Strong analytic skills, focusing on mathematics, planning and decision-making




Demonstrated written communication skills


***Must receive a “Recommended” score on a pre-hire assessment***
