Customer Service
Receive schedules and contact members of the staff and outside agencies
Act as liaison to other managers and staff
Assemble requested information and follow up on submitted requests
Secure documents, regulations, and other data and technical materials and matters
Reporting Procedures
Produce outgoing materials such as correspondence, reports, memoranda, etc.
Research regulations applicable to presentations, etc.
Provide general clerical main and correspondence services
Advise the COS & ADPNS of important office issues
Office Administration
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and/or schedule conferences
Independently determine staff that should attend meetings
Attend meetings, note commitments made, inform staff of commitments, etc.
Maintain calendars and record appointments, arrange for meetings etc.
Supplies and Equipment
Obtain and monitor the use of services and supplies
Provide general office supply and equipment support services
Consolidate equipment or service requests from various offices
Ascertain the needs of subordinate offices and coordinate purchases of office equipment etc.
Perform other duties as assigned
Work Schedule: Full Time, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
