Pleasanton Engineering Company is looking for someone to assist the Bookkeeper/Human Resources manager on a daily basis.
We are looking for someone who is computer savvy and loves their job! Prior Accounting and Human Resources work experience is a must and college degree is preferred.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: A/P, A/R, payroll, invoices, HR, using Sage accounting software and some QuickBooks software.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, quick learner, pay attention to detail, ability to multi-task, takes initiative, highly organized, and ability to work independently and be a team player.
Requires strong MS Word, Excel, and Sage accounting and some QuickBooks skills. Pleasant telephone and excellent communication skills. Two or more year’s prior bookkeeping/H/R experience.
