Office Based Mortgage Broker – Rickmansworth, Watford, Chorleywood
Salary:
£22,000 basic plus Car or Allowance, or £24,000 basic plus 15% on all business banked for the first £100k
Overview:
An independently owned HNW Mortgage Brokers who possess strong links with Estate Agents in the Rickmansworth, Watford and Chorleywood area require a Mortgage Broker to deal with the large amount of leads being generated on a day to day basis.
Main Duties:
Our client is an independently owned Mortgage Brokers who have strong links to small Estate Agency offices in the Ruislip area, require an experienced Mortgage Broker to deal with the leads being generated on a day to day basis.
At present the branches are generating over 45 leads per week, the successful mortgage broker will be required to qualify the leads and arrange to meet the clients either face to face or over the telephone and is targeted to write 8-10 mortgages per month.
The average mortgage size is £350k and case size is £2,500, based on these figures the broker will earn an additional £3,000 – £3,750 (£36,000 – £45,000) per annum on top of the basic salary.
Not only are ALL the leads generated for the Mortgage Broker, by a Financial Services focused team of introducers, but full administrative support is provided, therefore each case will take just 10 minutes for the Mortgage Broker to put together.
You will have access to the whole of the market in terms of Mortgages and a panel of at least 6 life companies including Legal and General, Friends Life, Aviva and Prudential.
You will only receive an excellent bonus package on top of a good basic.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from experienced fully qualified Mortgage Brokers or Mortgage Advisors who possess a good track record of providing regulated Mortgage and Protection advice.
Summary:
This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Advisor, as our client will provide all the leads, full administrative support as well as an excellent bonus package given realistic earnings of £60k – £80k per annum.
