ARM Center of Excellence (CoE), delivers high performance, low power processor IPs which is integrated into very high end silicon shipped by Broadcom. We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and driven engineers excited about working on these designs. Intern will support activities, associated with Office of the CTO ARM CoE group, which includes ASIC RTL verification, design for test (DFT), synthesis, timing analysis, power management, placement, and routing of the design. Design methodology, flow automation, and scripting are the other activities which is part of the design flow.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a BS program majoring in EE.
Knowledge/Experience in the following area: ASIC design flow read and write Verilog, simulation and verification, hardware laboratory skills, different DFT methodologies, scripting language (TCL, Perl, Python, etc.)synthesis, timing closure tools, power analysis and low-power techniques.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate need to have the ability to work independently and in teams.
