POSITION/SCOPE WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION


  • This position reports to the Senior Director of Global HR (SD-GHR).

  • This position directly and indirectly manages staff.

  • This position manages/oversees an operational budget.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB


The Senior Manager of International HR is primarily responsible for leading the international employment services team and managing the employment processes for international staff, both those who are in salaried positions and those who are support-based. This involves on-boarding, exiting, personnel policy development, work agreements, and overseeing compensation and benefits. This position also interacts with the international finance department, in managing / administrating payroll, insurance accounting journals, and personnel expenses for non-US international staff.This position is open to all qualified applicants; preference is for position to be based in Phoenix, Arizona.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Key Result #1 – Create, implement and ensure the administration various international human resources policies, processes and procedures.


Key Result #2 – Recommend and develop recruiting plans and practices as well as provide oversight to the day to day operations of international recruiting.


Key Result #3 – Compensation Strategy and Salary Administration.


Key Result #4 – Oversee and implement benefits package for non-US international staff.


Key Result #5 – Personal/team development and budget management.
