EMEA Commercial Contracts Manager

As the EMEA Commercial Contract Manager, you will collaborate with regional leaders to plan and execute smooth & fast commercial contract negotiation of master supply agreements for the full GELS product portfolio. This will include the cross-functional management of the respective teams, resource allocation & optimization, as well as customer negotiations. You will implement simplification initiatives &drive operational excellence in the cross-functional team.
This is a part time role – 60%.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead proposal, negotiation and contract administration activities for the most complex, high visibility or critical contracts;
• Provide contracting expertise in support of Policy 5.0 and 6.0 requirements within EMEA scope;
• Effectively interface with and, as appropriate, provide contracting-related counsel to all functions of the business, including Commercial Operations, Program Management, Marketing, Finance, and Legal with an EMEA scope;
• Supports Global Strategic Account Managers with global contract negotiation;
• Collaborate with regional leaders to plan and execute smooth and fast commercial contract negotiation of master supply agreements for full GELS product portfolio.
Minimum Requirements:
- Legal degree, MBA, or commercial;
• Progressive experience in contract management, negotiation and contract compliance;
• Experience in contracts, administration, reporting.
Preferred requirements:
• Experience in the Healthcare industry;
• Direct commercial /vendor/customer experience and strong negotiation track record.
