Job Description
Tasks include:
The completion of year end accounts, CT600 and Coorporation Tax computations
Completion of Self-Assessment Tax returns
Coordination and management of payroll, VAT and administration duties
Meet statutory deadlines for VAT, Payroll, Statutory Accounts, Company and Personal Tax returns
Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients
Taking on and managing new clients
Growing the business and your portfolio of clients
Offer bespoke accountancy and taxations advice
Advise clients in relation to IR35 and associated implications
Respond to client enquiries
Person Specification
The client is seeking the following level of candidate:
Currently actively studying toward their ACA or ACCA qualification
Previous experience managing the above job tasks
Accuracy and attention to detail
Clear communication skills via telephone, email and letter
Team player
Detailed knowledge of revenue guidelines
Competent Excel skills
Practice experience
Desirable:
IRIS knowledge
