Perform maintenance including cleaning equipment and work station
· Perform Autonomous Maintenance on equipment
· Engage in continuous improvement activities such as exposing problems, collecting data to solve problems, and suggesting improvement ideas
· Perform visual inspection and gauges
· Perform incoming receiving inspection. Perform dimensional lay-out inspection on in-house and vended manufactured product.
· Understand and follow all policies and procedures related to GMP/QMS/SOP
DESIRED CAPABILITIES
· Prefer previous manufacturing experience.
· Ability to read blueprints and work with measuring devices.
· Demonstrated computer skills. Ability to learn how to use new software platforms i.e. SharePoint, Oracle, Access, etc.
Ability to use all standard inspection tools (i.e., calipers, micrometers, height gages and comparator). Preferred CMM experience desired
Minimum Qualifications
· Ability to lift 40 lbs.
· Ability to work in a controlled environment, if applicable.
· Ability to wear appropriate PPE to include a minimum of safety shoes and safety glasses.
· Ability to stand for long periods of time.
· Must be willing and able to work mandatory weekday and weekend overtime hours as required to meet the production needs of the team.
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a team-based environment that heavily emphasizes quality, performance, cross-training, customer service and high accountability.
