Responsibilities:
Responsible for all documentation relating to the movement of goods and materials along with the inventory of such goods. This includes but is not limited to the following: Bill of ladings, Order forms, Price lists, Pick tickets.
Preparation of inventory, price list, variance and daily pick ticket reports using a specific software system or with the use of Excel spreadsheets.
Responsible for scheduling receiving and shipping appointments.
Assists with the compliance of all legal procedures of procuring and dispatching materials/goods.
Answers phones and maintains a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with other departments.
Previous experience in a similar position is a plus.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Strong math skills.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and efficiently and effectively manage time.
Ability to safely operate a forklift.
Spanish/English fluency is a plus.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
