Auto Injury Solutions delivers customizable, end-to-end solutions to clients in all fifty states for medical claims resulting from automobile accidents involving first and third party injury coverage.

AIS provides three types of solutions and outsourcing services: (1) Bill Review Solutions, which involve the review of first party medical claims, (2) Medical Advisory Solutions, which include nurse case management, physician reviews, hospital audits, and other professional review services, and (3) Demand Package Solutions, which involve the review of third party medical claims.

Job Summary:


The Administrative Assistant is responsible for scheduling appointments, responding to telephone inquiries, taking notes, and relieves Department of administrative and business detail.


Major Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Composes and types routine correspondence using word

  • Create and maintain file for monthly Release Notes for all Clients

  • Manage PTO/Travel Calendar for Department

  • Manage Expense reports for Department

  • Take meeting minutes and distribute to attendees as required

  • Files correspondence and other records.

  • Schedules meetings for department.

  • Makes copies of correspondence or other printed matter.

  • Arrange travel schedule and reservations.

  • Compile and type statistical reports.

  • Assist department in compiling presentations using PowerPoint

Education/Credentials:

A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.


J o b Related Skills/Experience:


  • A minimum of 1-3years of clerical/administrative experience in an office environment is required.

  • Prior experience in a Health Related field is strongly preferred.

  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft systems in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required.

  • Excellent organization and detail-oriented skills is required.

  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is required.

  • Exceptional typing/data entry skills with high level of accuracy is required.

Working Conditions:

This position is a remote (work from home) opportunity. Ideal candidates will live near one of the AIS locations: Iselin, NJ, Lakewood, CO, Coppell, TX and Daphne, AL.
