Job Duties and Responsibilities:


Coral Gables operates under a commission/manager form of government and is well known for its active and involved citizenry. The Equipment Operator I performs semi-skilled work in the operation of trucks and other light automotive equipment including but not limited to: tampers, small end loader, dump truck, flat-bed truck, small tractors, small rollers, and tenant sweeper.


Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent.


Six months experience operating one or more pieces of equipment: tampers, small front end loader, dump truck, flat-bed truck, small tractors, small rollers, tenant sweeper.


Valid Florida Class B (CDL) commercial driver’s license.


A comparable amount of training or experience may be substituted for the minimum education requirement.
