Moore Buick GMC is looking for a professional motivated individual to join our team. We currently have a opening for a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Greets visitors in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.

  • Answers incoming calls and transfers calls to appropriate department.

  • Data entry in CRM.

  • Provides information to callers including directions, addresses, telephone numbers etc.

  • Performs clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Maintains telephone and visitor logs.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The position requires:


  • A minimum of 2 years of prior Receptionist or Administrative Assistant experience

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel

  • A polished, professional demeanor

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Detail orientation

  • A stable work history

  • Flexible schedule

Hours:
Monday – Friday: 1:30pm – 7:00pm
Alternating Saturdays: 9am-6pm
