Job Description:
- Provide Customer Support to our clients by communicating with customers and publishers via telephone and email to resolve service issues.
- Build and develop client relationships with new and existing accounts
- Resolve delivery problems and other customer satisfaction issues
- Assist clients with the use of our website – provide information and instruction
- Support the supervising Account Manager
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Meet and manage client project deadlines
- Miscellaneous projects as per Management discretion.
The right candidate will have the following:
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment and have Business to Business Customer Support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently and make decisions
- Strong follow up skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to think on your feet and outside the box.
- Be proficient and comfortable working in a web based environment, using Google and other internet tools.
- Be team goal oriented
