Medical Insurance Biller for behavioral health/substance abure facility in SCJ. Full time, at least 2 years experience preferred. Competitive salary C.O.E. Send Resume for immediate consideration.
Responsibilities:
- Sending invoices to Insurance companies and patients.
- Billing/coding
- Assure proper billing and coding for accurate claims reimbursement.
- Handling patient information.
- Maintaining strict HIPPA confidentiality.
- Collect, post, and manage patient co-pays.
- Answer phone calls, correspond with insurance companies, clients and staff
Skills Necessary:
- Knowledge of ICD-10
- General Computer skills (Word, Excel, Office Ally ect)·
- Good communication and people skills.·
- Must possess high degree of accuracy efficiency and dependability.
- Exceptional knowledge of medical coding, billing systems and regulatory requirements·
- Knowledge of HIPPA guidelines.
Required experience:
