Skills and knowledge required would generally be acquired with a high school education & 4 yrs experience in general office work Must posses the ability to type and operate office equipment Will be required to attend night meetings and support both the Town Council and RTM in accordance with office needs Job duties will include creating and maintaining monthly management reports memos correspondence and minutes posting all required documents and maintenance of minutes maintaining routine financial and payroll records and billing receiving and recording fees as directed Must be cross trained in order to assist both Vital Records and Land Records This position will require computer training in Granicus/Legistar Cott Resolution 4 Cott Toby Trax CT CVRS CT EVRS Vital Chek Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook 35 hours/week 2211/hr Applications must be returned on or before November 13 2015
