Job Summary:

Responsible for office and clerical operations of the department. Greets outpatients of all ages and registers each before treatment. Answers telephone, takes messages, and schedules outpatient appointments. Maintains daily charge log and enters charges into billing system. Screens phone calls, schedules appointments, and meetings for the Manager of Physical Medicine.


Education /Experience:

H.S. graduate or equivalent.

Previous related experience preferred.


Knowledge/Skills:

Knowledge of Windows preferred.

Great communication skills, via phone and in person.
