Primary Responsibilities
We are seeking to fill a temporary, full time position in the Registrar’s office providing support for main reception, transcripts, phone coverage, mail, filing, and scanning among other general office duties. The position may continue for up to one year. The wage rate is $14.26/hour and the position provides medical insurance benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required. Associates degree preferred or at least one year work experience in an office environment. Must be customer service oriented and maintain strict confidentiality. Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment and flexibility in a team oriented structure required. Demonstrated working knowledge of Windows, Excel and Word required.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced education and/or higher education work experience. Related work experience providing office support and clerical responsibilities.
