Position Summary: The Research Clerical individual will accurately research miscellaneous (problem) inbound cases and outbound cartons for missions (destinations) by using WM (Warehouse Management) and Dematic programs. This position will require scanning cases with RF (radio frequency) gun and hand held scanner to determine (LPN) license plate number). May be required to open cases and verify contents, counting, repacking and labeling case. The incumbent will determine destination of cases (i.e., Ticketing, Put to Light or unknown location). If unable to resolve, the research clerical will log into CMS (Compliance Management Solutions) to provide information to the Trouble department. Upon resolution, will be responsible for accurately clearing out of CMS and manually placing carton on conveyor. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Research using WM (Warehouse Management) and Dematic programs Scanning cases using RF (Radio Frequency) technology Open Cartons Label cartons Load cartons on conveyor All other duties as assigned Education and Qualifications: Ability to work consistently, independently, and effectively as part of a high performance team. Acute attention to detail. Results oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate knowledge of computer operations and demonstrated skills (i.e., Excel, Email). Basic math and literacy skills. Flexible (ability to work overtime) Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Basic but not required – warehouse or distribution knowledge.
