This team is responsible for making our customer onboarding experience simple and seamless. We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineer with experience in service and server environments. The position offers a combination of self-driven coding challenges across many components and scenarios. It includes, but not limited to, improving current or new scenarios, enhancing/creating new tools to further the onboarding experience, as well as troubleshooting real life customer scenarios.

· Simplify the Office 365 onboarding experience through automation and tooling
·Create and analyze data streams to verify the Office 365 customer’s onboarding experience
Basic Qualifications:
· 7+ years of professional experience designing, developing and debugging engineering solutions for shipped software or services
· Software development skills with fluency in C#, PowerShell, Web Services, and SQL or Exchange, or relevant programming languages
· Excellent interpersonal and cross-group collaboration, communication and influencing skills
· BS/BA in computer science, or equivalent in related technical experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
