1. The Sr. Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business development activities in the China region for datacenters. He/she will work with cloud datacenter firms (including B.A.T), telecom carriers and government institutions and be Broadcom’s product champion, influence product selection, develop and maintain eco-system partnerships.
2. The candidate must be hands-on and technology savvy along with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at customers.
3. The candidate must be a self-starter, be up to date with the latest market trends and direction at datacenters and carriers, and be able to clearly articulate a strategy to maintain and expand business at these customers, and provide timely feedback to the business units.
Job requirements:
1.A bachelor degree in a technical field with an advanced degree in technology or business preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development
3. Experience in dealing with datacenters operators/end users is a must
4. Direct experience of one or more of the following technologies required: switches, NICs, servers
5. Fluent in English and Chinese
