Inbound Customer Service Advisor – The Role
- Answering inbound telephone and email enquiries
- Take ownership and also follow through to resolution of customer issues
- To support and problem solve customer installation and product issues
- Operational management of external suppliers
Inbound Customer Service Advisor – The Candidate
- Previous Customer Service experience or within a call centre
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong IT skills
- High motivated, hardworking and committed
- Desire to be a key team player of a friendly and rapid growing company
Hours of working (shift)
Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm and Saturday 10am – 5pm (1 every 3 weeks)
