Inbound Customer Service Advisor – The Role


  • Answering inbound telephone and email enquiries

  • Take ownership and also follow through to resolution of customer issues

  • To support and problem solve customer installation and product issues

  • Operational management of external suppliers

Inbound Customer Service Advisor – The Candidate


  • Previous Customer Service experience or within a call centre

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Strong IT skills

  • High motivated, hardworking and committed

  • Desire to be a key team player of a friendly and rapid growing company

Hours of working (shift)


Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm and Saturday 10am – 5pm (1 every 3 weeks)
