In this position, the candidate will work with an experienced and focused team to bring cutting edge low power wireless solutions to market. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in embedded communication protocols, Bluetooth and Thread-X internals such as device drivers, scheduling, and stacks. Tasks include features enhancement and development, fix software bugs and provide support for key customers when required. Experience with bus technologies such as USB, UART, touch controllers, and I2S is also preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Total engineering minimum experience required is typically a BS degree and 12 years of experience, an MS degree and 9 years of experience or a PhD and 6 years of experience or equivalent.
2) Expert with the C language
3) Device driver and systems level experience; experience with Thread-X is a requirement
4) Must have mastered OS concepts of: Process, DMA engines, interrupts, Interrupt Handling, Timers, Threads, IPC, and race conditions
5) Strong knowledge of wireless communication concepts and protocols, direct experience with BT stack is highly preferred
6) Chip and platform bring-up experience is preferred
7) Understanding of hardware issues and experience working with hardware engineers and with bus and logic analyzers is also highly desired
8) Good written and oral communications skills
