Training Specialist job - Glynlyon - Remote






Job Summary:


The Training Specialist will conduct onsite or webinar training sessions educating and assisting school personnel working with the program. In this role, you will also be responsible for communication, training, and documentation.


Essential Duties:


  • Communicate with the key contacts regarding implementation plan

  • Train school staff including but not limited to Principals, Administrators, and Teachers by facilitating implementation trainings via webinar and/or on-site

  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with any questions related to the programCollect feedback to share with internal departments to enhance the program and customer experience

  • Maintain training documentation

  • Participate in new employee on-boarding training to develop an in-depth understanding of the program

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Must be able to travel on a frequent basis

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and online training via web services

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency utilizing technology devices and applicationsStrong facilitation skills, ability to monitor your audience and adjust to meet their needs

  • Well organized, self –motivated, and customer-service oriented

  • Able to work with limited supervision and short timelinesAble to relate your classroom teaching experience to your audience

  • Able to focus on details and make decisions based on relevant information

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.)

  • Experience with Interactive Whiteboards/Smart notebook, WebEx, Google Docs preferred

  • Availability beginning May 26 through mid-September or beyond
