Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant job - Cornerstone Business Services, Inc. - Green Bay, WI


Purpose
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Responsible for greeting, welcoming, and directing visitor appropriately and notifying company personnel of visitor arrival. Will maintain the office environment for a professional appearance.


Receptionist Job Duties
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
Maintains safe and clean reception area.
Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail.
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
Maintains a clean break room which includes washing dishes, cleaning area and filling water containers.
Office cleaning every Friday; garbage, vacuuming, etc.
May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
Proofing
Assists in creating client marketing books/material.
Contributes to team effort by assisting with as needed tasks.


Requirements
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
Able to work collectively with the administrative team.
Positive “Can Do” attitude.
Microsoft Word and Excel. Plus to know charts and graphs.
