Intern Software Development – Embedded Software.
Join a world-class team focused on ARM and network switching SOC Software team.
Responsibilities:
This is for an hourly-paid Intern position. You will join a highly-focused and professional software development team engaged in development of embedded software for ARM based processors and switching Silicon on Chip. Duties are in the development and integration of applications and systems for our embedded software products through the entire software life-cycle.
Skills/Experience:
– Highly motivated self-starter; able to use own initiative
– Good inter-personnel and communication skills
– Ability in the following required: C/C++, shell scripts, scripting languages, UNIX environments, network programming
– Ability in the following preferred: experience in embedded systems is strongly preferred
– Embedded systems development and testing
– Use of complex lab equipment
– Able to apply an innovative approach to solve problems Educational Requirements: Master’s degree (in progress) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Networking or strongly-related degree
