We currently have an opening for a for an extroverted, efficient, and adaptable individual to greet all guests visiting, and notify the BuzzFeed host of their arrival. This person will report to and work closely with the Office Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the office on a daily basis including but not limited to ordering all office supplies, ordering and maintaining a selection of snacks for staff.
- Responsible for all reception duties such as answering the phone, greeting and registering visitors and maintaining a clean environment for guests.
- Provide calendar and expense support to Executives
- Serve as direct contact for all vendor and building relationships.
- Maintain the BuzzFeed culture and everyday maintenance of the office.
- Coordinate seats and supplies for new hires while maintaining an organized floor plan.
- Organize and execute all office lunches, brews, and office wide events.
- Work with the office manager on a daily basis with misc. tasks that arise
Requirements:
- Must be proactive and be able to think outside the box in unplanned situations.
- Must be a team player.
- Must have a flexible schedule that will allow for early arrivals and late nights at times.
