Description
The Receptionist plays an important role in setting the tone for the organization. As the first and last person clients see when they are in the office, the Receptionist is instrumental in making sure clients have a positive experience. They also function as an Executive Assistant in handling personal and business calendars by scheduling meetings, community activities and events.
Responsibilities & Activities
- Greets clients and prospective clients in a friendly and sincere manner, making them feel comfortable when they visit the office
- Handles incoming telephone calls, routing them to the appropriate location
- Provides on-going support as an Executive Assistant to the CEO
- Sorts and distributes the mail
- Coordinates gifts and cards for special events
- Handles the conference room meeting calendars for the Wealth Advisors and others in the office
- Develops and maintains written documentation (systems) of all activities
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Position Requires
- At least one year customer service
- Previous office experience required
- Attendance is an essential function
- Salary is commensurate with experience
