Verifies insurance and current information. Collects co-pays and reminds patients of past due balances on day of office visit.
Check in and check out patients. Answers incoming telephone calls on a muli-line telephone system in a friendly, professional manner.
Works Saturday’s when needed.


Required experience:


  • Experience scheduling patients and answering phones a must. : 1 year
