Our RF team develops cutting edge technologies for all of our wireless product lines, including Wireless LAN and Bluetooth. You will have the opportunity to work on all of these technologies and more. We are actively seeking talented RFIC design engineering interns who want to join a dynamic and experienced team and take their technical knowledge to the next level. You will be responsible for the design of radios in various digital technologies including deep submicron CMOS. Design of RFIC transceiver blocks such as low noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, VGAs, mixers, RF PLLs & synthesizers and filters. You may help with transistor modeling for RF design, RF board and module design, and lab characterizations. You will have the chance to work on projects targeting WLAN and Bluetooth. We have a broad range of openings and are looking for talented engineers to join our group now! Plus the following:1. Current student working on Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering with experience in Analog and/or RFIC Design.2. Must have RF transistor level design skills.3. Expertise in RF CMOS designs is highly desirable.4. Must be a self-starter, has passion for his/her work, and be able to work well in a team of RF design engineers.5. Ideal candidates will have experience in several of the following areas:- RF blocks used in transmitters and receivers- Front-end (LNA, mixers, PA drivers, PAs)- PLLs & Frequency Synthesizers- Baseband blocks used in transceivers such as filters & VGAs.
