PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Director of International HR is primarily responsible for leading the international employment services team and managing the employment processes for international staff (expats and TCN’s), both those who are in salaried positions and those who are support-based. This position interacts often with the finance teams on the field and in our Global Service Center (GSC). This position will also play a key role in interacting with our Regional/Field HR Managers and Country Directors in building alignment where possible, HR capacity, best practices and standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Key Result Area #1– Create, implement and ensure the administration various international human resources policies, processes and procedures (30%).
Key Result Area #2– Recommend and develop recruiting plans and practices as well as provide input to the day to day operations of international recruiting (25%).
Key Result Area #3– Compensation Strategy and Salary Administration (25%).
Key Result Area #4 – Oversee and implement benefits package for non-US international staff (10%).
Key Result Area #5 – Personal/team development and budget management (10%).
