As Literacy Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist,you will provide technical oversight, and monitoring for World Vision’s literacy programming in Africa and South Asia. You will work closely with offices implementing literacy programming and liaise with broader Education & Life Skills (EdLS) technical groups, building research and evidence to inform and shape future World Vision literacy programme development.
Requirements include:
- Master’s Degree in International Education, International Development, Economics or related.
- Proficiency in STATA is required as well as Word, Excel, and Training and experience in multivariate regression analysis.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in applied quantitative research preferably in a developing country context.
- Comprehensive knowledge of advanced statistical methods with experience carrying out data analysis for research studies.
- Effective in written and verbal communication in English.
