Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Greets, briefs and assists arriving and departing customers at Waikiki tour desk,hotels and the Airport. Sells and books optional tours and conduct tour promotions. Arranges tour products and programs based on requests from various clients. Assists in planning and developing new products and programs for use global inbound markets. Handles cash, credit card, traveler check and payment / refund procedures with clients. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Korean (Speaking, reading, and writing)
- Customer service experience
- Flexible schedule
- 1 year travel industry experience preferable
- Working knowledge of Hawaii’s tourism infrastructure
- Attention to detail, multi-tasking
Work Hours FULL TIME: 8 hrs./day 8 hours between 7:00am – 7:00pm , 5 days/week, Sunday – Saturday,occasional overtime required
Work Locations Waikiki and Honolulu Airport
