For over 30 years Outdoor Lighting Perspectives has been designing and installing low voltage landscape lighting in the middle Tennessee market. We are a leader in the LED landscape lighting field.


Must be a conscientious, highly motivated, hard-working, creative individual with integrity and attention to detail and quality. We are seeking an enthusiastic, people-oriented individual to design, estimate and sell project. It is expected that this position works from initial consultation through installation, working closely with crews, and follows through until the project is complete, billed and paid.
Candidates must be able to prioritize and build relationships to ensure successful outcomes on projects, while communicating and influencing effectively with clientele verbally and through plans when needed. Problem solving, goal oriented attention to detail is essential.


Compensation rests on experience, enthusiasm, and ability, for this is a full time position with immediate start date. And we do not have a ceiling on earning limits.


Qualifications
5 years sale experience in the landscaping, irrigation or building industry, local person with good community
contacts. Can earn with base and compensation $70-$100,000.
